In March Milan becomes full of bicyclists because of bicycle rally Milan – Sanremo. The rally takes place annually in the middle March and goes through the center of Milan. It is spectacular competition and a lot of people go to the streets to support the sportsmen. As the rally is international event it attracts many tourists and fans from different countries.
Also in the middle March the city festival called Oggi Aperto takes place. During all the weekend the most part of historical buildings, castles and palaces open their doors for visitors whether it is museum or not. This festival with no surprise attracts many citizens of Milan and other Italian cities, as well as tourists from other countries. Oggi Aperto is a chance to see famous Milan castles and other pieces of architect art in their real and private life.
